Information used for an order
The storefront requires an email address and may accept an optional first name. It does not request a password, shipping address, phone number, or date of birth for a digital purchase.
Payment information
Payments are processed by PayPal, which may collect payer or billing information under its own terms. Kivelle Works does not store payment-card data. Order and payment references are retained for fulfillment, support, and refunds.
Campaign attribution and consent
Campaign and click information may be associated with an order. Sensitive customer data is not sent to advertising platforms. Optional analytics are used only with consent.
Security and retention
Download links are private and expire. Information is retained only as long as needed for orders, support, legal obligations, and fraud prevention.
